Bridal Bouquet

The bridal bouquet is the single most important floral item at a wedding. There are many various styles to choose from, and millions of flowers to choose from to create the perfect bouquet that will perfectly match the bride’s personality and wedding dress.

The most common types of bridal bouquets are cascading, round, or hand-tied. These bouquets are big and beautiful and are carried around by the bride. If the bride doesn’t want to carry around a big bulky bouquet all day there are other options available such as a Nosegay bouquet is similar to a round bouquet, but is smaller and not so heavy.

Other bridal bouquet options include a posy bouquet – also called a natural stem bouquet, as the stems are kept long and natural – which is also lighter. An arm bouquet is another option; it also has long natural stems, but is designed to be cradled in the bride’s arms.  A freeform bouquet is another option; this type doesn’t have any specific or defined shape and usually has wild or tropical flowers as the main flower.

A single stem bouquet is really just one big beautiful flower with a ribbon wrapped around it; this is perfect a bride that loves simplicity. A wristlet bouquet and a pomander bridal bouquet don’t need to be carried at all. A wristlet is worn around the wrist like a corsage, but it is larger than a corsage. A pomander bouquet is a ball of flowers that is carried by a ribbon attached to it.
